“Anya’s greatest gift is that when she is with a client she is capable of being 100% present and giving a lot of love, which we know is what really heals. And just being in her presence I feel I have evolved.”

“For three years in high school, I had become an avid drug user and leader of a crew/gang. I didn’t consider it at the time, but every moment of every day I spent searching for my lost foundation in the world. I had experienced the trauma of two divorces, the first at only 7 years old, and at around 10, I was diagnosed with a lifelong, incurable problem of tics (a form of Tourette's).
My self-confidence was shattered. I remember so clearly my parents telling me that I should try out to give the commencement speech. It was the craziest thing I ever heard! I could barely stand in front of a twenty students in class without shaking or stuttering, let alone get on a stage in front of 6,000 people! Besides, who was I an ex-drug king and screw up of high school—worthy enough of something so profound?
One day I was sharing my feelings about it with a friend. To my surprise, she said she knew someone who could help. That’s when I was introduced to Mrs. Thompson, an EFT specialist. I didn’t even know what EFT meant, but I was more than willing to try it.
So I took my friend’s advice and ended up doing a session with Mrs. Thompson. It was life changing for me. I ended up working with her daily throughout the next month. I was literally blown away as my confidence soared through the try-outs, and before I knew it, I was on stage in front of 6,000 people delivering an 8 ½ minute speech by heart.
Mrs. Thompson’s EFT work did what I once thought was impossible. I never knew one could rid the fear of pain and anxiety. I just thought it’s something we all had to live with.
Not anymore.
After meeting Mrs. Thompson, I am fully convinced that anything and everything is possible. I believe if I met her sooner, she could have easily helped to end my addiction to drugs. I owe my gratitude and accomplishments on behalf of Mrs. Thompson for the rest of my life.
You don’t have to be afraid.”

“I was co-chairing an event for the Humane Society, which meant on the night of the event I had to address the audience. I would share with them why they were there, why we created the event and share my own personal story about the dog I had adopted six months earlier.
My husband was in the audience with our humane society companion and was ready to send her to the stage as I started sharing our story.
My co-chair opened up the evening thanking everyone for being there and she was fabulous -- full of life, energy, and joy. I on the other hand, was ridden with fear, standing next to her with a frozen smile on my face. My anxiety was increasing at a steady rate until I managed to stutter into my co-chair’s ear, "Do not turn the microphone over to me. I want to skip my part. Please keep talking and do not introduce me or say anything about me talking."
She heard my plea and was gracious enough to keep delighting the crowd with her ease and humor, and ending her opening with the introduction of the event. I let out a sigh of relief as we walked off the stage together.
When we left the podium and in the wings, my co-chair pulled me to the side and read me the riot act: "What you have to say is so important to all of these people here. Some people would never think to adopt a dog from the Humane Society. You have to go back up and tell them your story!"
She then turned and waved to the Director of the Humane Society who was speaking, and got her attention. The Director introduced me, stepped aside so I could come back up and share my story about our Humane Society companion.
It was awful. I got through it - barely!
I knew I wanted to be a leader in my community and knew if I didn't get over my fear of public speaking that goal would never come true. I called Anya and shared my story with her. She worked with me for about two hours and all the fear went away. Thanks to her unconditional love, and non-judgmental personality, I was able to share some inner secrets that might have been the root cause of public speaking. I brought up everything that I could possibly be feeling. We laughed. We made jokes. She made it so much fun. Thanks to her I no longer fear public speaking. I am now honored and ready each time the opportunity presents itself.
